Yoga Nidra is a dynamic sleep on the threshold between waking and sleeping. It refreshes the body and the mind similar to a power nap. In Yoga Nidra we touch the subconscious and the unconscious dimensions of our mind. 
We train ourselves to let go of tension and contraction, to the point of releasing all tension in our muscles, mind and emotions. Emotional tension, suppressed feelings and emotions are loosened up and the emotional structure is calmed down.

This is not a Yoga Nidra practice. You can practice this as an additional meditation after your Yoga Nidra practice. This will help you access your intuition and basic needs.
By realising what you want to invite and what yo want to let go off, we can trace a clear path to our own desired future.
A journal or script book might support you in keeping track of your daily tasks to achieve this tool. However use visualisation techniques rather than to do lists to help your brain focus on your master plan.
